Your satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee our products to be free from defective material and workmanship, and will therefore replace or refund any faulty or defective items at no charge.
Additionally, Cartridge Courier guarantees that none of its compatible products will cause any damage or abnormal wear to any type of printer, where the product is being used in the manner for which it has been designed and in accordance with the product instructions and the machine manufacturer's instructions with respect to installation and use.
In the very unlikely event where damage to a printer has been attributed to a consumables product supplied by Cartridge Courier, then Cartridge Courier will reimburse the full amount of service and/or repair that is directly related to the product.
